Yes, there is, just outside of town. It is called the Cheesemaker's Inn and it is absolutely charming! It’s set on spacious grounds and the structure itself is over 100 years old. It was originally the boyhood home of a local cheesemaker who founded perhaps the most well-known fromagerie (cheese shop) in Iowa - Frisian Farms Cheese.
Where can I go hiking in Pella?
Whether “city hiking” in and around Pella, or going to a formal hiking trail, you will find so much scenic beauty everywhere you look. As far as a great spot for the latter, you might head on over to Big Rock Park.
