Wyomingites are raised to be campers, and there’s often nothing we’d love to do more than pack up some clothes, lace up our boots, and hit the trail for a backpacking adventure. Sometimes, though, it’s worth giving glamping a try – at least, Glamping in the Wyoming Way. You won’t find any elevated, heated, queen bed tent sites out here, but if you know where to look, you can find a one-of-a-kind place to spend the night out of the elements.
The Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch is located right near the Shoshone River, on a rural, downhill road that leads you directly to their campground.
Your Tepee site will contain a fire pit (with cooking grate), picnic tables and chairs, and access to a larger community fire pit, as well as laundry facilities and a big, clean shower.
You'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax under the shade of your gorgeous Tepee, and the Native American inspired decor keeps the visit authentic.
