If you love a thick, juicy steak, then Wyoming is your dining paradise. The cattle ranchers here produce some of the best-quality steaks you’ll ever find. Here’s an unassuming place in the tiny town of Hudson that’s pretty quirky, but the steaks are delicious.
The tiny town of Hudson is located in the middle of the state, west of Casper. With fewer than 500 residents, it's a quaint town, and it's home to one of the best steakhouses in the state.
Svilar's Steak House & Bar opened in 1941, and has been earning accolades ever since. Restaurant critics from the LA Times and even Duncan Hines himself have hailed this little spot as having the best steaks ever.
You can't help but notice the quirky decor. White tablecloths and glasses of fine wine on the tables; a moose head and old photos and memorabilia on the walls.
The portions are generous, and the steaks are accompanied by delicious, homemade rolls, salad, baked potato or fries and vegetables. You definitely won't leave hungry.
Visit Svilar's Steak House & Bar to see for yourself why people come from all over to dine at this little gem. It's open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m..
