Wyomingites love adventure almost as much as they love food. Combine the two during this restaurant hike in Wyoming, where you’ll find stunning views from atop a mountain and finish your day with a delicious meal overlooking a stunning alpine lake.
Editor’s Note: Restaurants at Signal Mountain Lodge are closed for 2020.
There's no place on earth quite like the Tetons, and thankfully, Wyomingites can experience this national treasure any time.
While most everyone has hiked Cascade Canyon and Taggart Lake, there are endless other trails that are GTNP hidden gems - like the Signal Mountain Trail.
The view at the top is breathtaking - and you'll be 7,720 feet in the air! You'll really deserve a break at the summit after making the trek from the trailhead.
By the time you make the journey back down the mountain, you'll be so ready for a delicious meal. All that hiking and climbing works up quite an appetite!
If you time your journey right, you'll end the night with a spectacular sunset over Jackson Lake. The reflections make this quite a sight to see, any night.
