That being said, it’s always a delightful surprise when Wyomingites find a spot that serves fresh seafood! It takes a whole lot of work and coordination to get fish fresh from the ocean all the way to our cities, and it’s even more impressive when fresh catch makes its way to our small towns. That’s one reason that the Bucking Horse Grill has become a local favorite – their kitchen somehow manages to bring fresh seafood to Torrington!
