Lake Alice: At 230 acres, this lake is the biggest natural lake within the western part of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. You’ll need to walk, bike, or take a horse out to this lake. Once there, enjoy camping and fishing.

With snow from about October until April, winter in Wyoming is made for skiing in Wyoming:
Grand Targhee Resort: This 3,000-acre ski area is located in Alta. There are over 100 trails here as well as opportunities for snow tubing, fat biking, and Nordic skiing.
Hogadon Basin: You’ll find this resort in Casper. It is 60 acres and features 28 trails, with most trails suited for expert skiers. While this is one of the smaller ski areas, it packs a big punch.
