While most people in Wyoming flock to the Tetons or Yellowstone for an epic hike, there are so many great trails hiding in our other wilderness areas. One underrated trail in the Bighorn Mountains will take you to one of the most peaceful, serene spots in the entire state – the Lost Twin Lakes.
You can find a detailed route map from AllTrails right here. While an experienced hiker can easily make this a one-day out and back trail, it will take over 6 hours of hiking, so most people choose to camp either at Mirror Lake, or at the Lost Twin Lakes at the end of the trail.
