For years, the Legerski family served the area as the Sheridan Meat Company. In the early 2000s, the Legerski Sausage Company was renamed and a family tradition got its due credit. Legerski's sells a variety of salumi, like their famous Habanero Pepper Jack Summer Sausage made with chunked pepper jack cheese and spicy bits of habanero. It goes so well with a cheese plate.
