When it comes to big meals, Wyoming is no stranger to enormous portions. It’s not unusual to see a steak so big it falls off the plate, or order a burger and only be able to get through half of it. Read about the Solar Eclipse burrito in Cheyenne below.
The Frontier Mall is located at 1400 Dell Range Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82001, and Galaxy Cafe is right in the food court. They’re open every day from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., or 6 p.m. on Sunday when the mall closes.
