Tucked away in the tiny town of Dubois lies a hidden gem that’s worthy of a road trip from any corner of the state, and that’s the Cowboy Cafe.
One thing you can count on at the Cowboy Cafe is massive portions of hearty, home cooked meals. The menu features everything from omelettes to ribeye steaks.
You’ve got to try it. This tried and true Wyoming dish features 8-ounces of chicken fried steak that's smothered with a mouthwateringly good white gravy.
They always rotate new flavors in, so you’ll have to come back again and again to try them all but some of our favorites include cherry, pumpkin, and strawberry rhubarb.
