This beautiful church celebrated its centennial in 2013. After one hundred years of service, it is still in use for a myriad of services.
Before this chapel was built, residents of the small village of Fort Yellowstone celebrated important milestones in the mess hall.
They would also celebrate in private residences and the post exchange. When the building was completed, it was designed to complement the stunning wilderness surrounding it.

It was the very last structure built by the Army. Many consider it the finishing touch to Fort Yellowstone when construction was finished.
