One small town steakhouse has been serving up hungry visitors for over 75 years, and there’s no sign of them stopping any time soon. Head to Hudson for a meal you won’t soon forget.
This quirky steakhouse has been bringing people to the small town of Hudson for generations.
Svilar's is a family owned spot, with unique decor and a Yugoslavian history that makes it unique in a state full of all-American chophouses. Mrs. Svilar opened the spot over 75 years ago to feed Yugoslavian miners working in the nearby mines.
Like plenty of Wyoming saloons, this bar is known for making unforgettable, mouthwatering, flavorful steaks. There's just one catch.... they're gigantic.
Of course, Svilar's shines in more categories than just steaks! Their side dishes and other entrees are always cooked to perfection and so flavorful your mouth will be watering.
So come in, make yourself at home, and enjoy a meal with all the hospitality of the woman who originally opened this spot for hungry laborers way out in wild Wyoming.
There’s nothing quite like a steak at Svilar’s, and you’ll be so happy you decided to stop by. Svilar’s is located at 173 Main St., Hudson, WY 82520 and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. They are closed Sundays and Mondays.
