When it comes to thinking about the best restaurants in Wyoming, many people point to the West. Sure, Jackson, Yellowstone and the Tetons are the big tourist destinations in Wyoming, so they’ve got the fanciest restaurants. Our largest city, Cheyenne, also has quite a few noteworthy dining spots. But… any true Wyomingite knows that the best food in the state comes from the middle-of-nowhere hidden gems that you discover when you’re driving through the state. Of all of these local legends, Wyoming 310 may be the best rural restaurant in Wyoming.
This small valley town has a population of fewer than 180 residents, but people flock from all over Big Horn County to enjoy a meal at the town's signature restaurant.
When you walk in, you'll immediately feel welcome by the staff that will treat you like family.
Wyoming 310 is run by the "M Sisters", who will certainly make you feel at home. The menu is Wester and Wyoming cuisine, which means you can expect steaks, burgers, salads, and the occasional twist.

Like any good Wyoming restaurant, there are several steaks on the menu. The prime rib at Wyoming 310 is a house favorite, and might be the best in Big Horn County!
Pasta isn't ever far from the kitchen, either. This four cheese Lobster tortellini is just the thing if you feel like treating yourself to a delicious dish.
One great thing about dining in rural Wisconsin restaurants is that the dessert is almost always homemade - and that's certainly the case for this hidden gem!
