Wyoming’s small towns are hiding all sorts of secrets. One tiny town, Chugwater, is home to the best chili in Wyoming, and maybe even on the planet. Make your way out to the eastern part of the state and try some for yourself!
The Chugwater Soda Fountain is the longest standing soda fountain in Wyoming, and it's a place that truly embraces its roots.
Their original flavors like Blackberry, Black Cherry, Blood Orange, Cherry, Cola, French Vanilla, Lavender, Raspberry, Root Beer, and Strawberry are all marked on the menu. Try one of them, or try something like their Kahlua, Cheesecake, or M&M shakes. You can't go wrong!
Chugwater Chili Corp began in 1986, when locals purchased an award-winning chili recipe and turned it into a business to help bring some prosperity to the tiny town.
While the Soda Fountain isn't directly affiliated with the spice company, it certainly uses their seasonings and recipes to make the best chili in Wyoming!
