These 3 People Have Left An Unforgettable, Disturbing Stain On Wisconsin

Most people from Wisconsin are super friendly folks. But there’s always a bad apple or two. Wisconsin, however, is home to some really, really bad people. Here are the three worst:
1. Jeffrey Dahmer. This name is one of the scariest in all of history. He also went by "The Milwaukee Cannibal" and "The Milwaukee Monster." Dahmer was born in West Allis in 1960. Dahmer was a notorious serial killer, sex offender, necrophiliac, and cannibal. He has seventeen victims that are known of. Dahmer likely suffered from borderline personality disorder. He was killed in prison in 1994.
2. Ed Gein. He went by "The Planfield Ghoul" and "The Mad Butcher." Gein operated out of Plainfield, Wisconsin, around where he was born in 1906. Police discovered that Gein had taken corpses out of local cemeteries and made keepsakes out of their flesh. He also killed at least two people from Wisconsin. Gein was incarcerated in the Mendota Mental Health Institute, where he died.
3. Walter E. Ellis aka "The Milwaukee North Side Strangler." Ellis killed seven women in Milwaukee between 1986 and 2007. He also raped and strangled them. He died in 2013 in a hospital.
