10. TeddyWedger's - Madison
The pasties are a Madison institution. Lots of places come and go in Madison, but TeddyWedgers is a stalwart. The hand pies are perfect college town food, but you definitely won't only see young folks here. They've been around a long time because they make a darn good pasty and they're just so easy to grab and go.

11. Niko's Gyros - Appleton and Oshkosh
