As the land of supper clubs and cows, we don’t have to go too far to find a really great steak here in Wisconsin. Everyone seems to have a favorite spot and really, none of them are wrong – Wisconsin really is a carnivore’s dream all on its own. But tucked away a bit off the main drag in Cedarburg, north of Milwaukee, is a small little spot in a 150-year-old fieldstone farm house that is just bursting with rustic charm and some really, really, really delicious steaks. They don’t take reservations and the space is small, especially in winter when they can’t take advantage of their outdoor space, but we promise the garlic-glazed steaks here are absolutely worth any wait.
