Taking the concept of a treehouse to a whole new level, Boulder Ridge Treehouse offers the fun of a treetop abode along with all the comforts of home. The cozy retreat is actually more like a work of art – complete with amazing, unique details in every room. Perfectly secluded and brimming with charm, it’s the perfect place for a quick in-state escape. Take a look:
A little slice of rustic paradise, Boulder Ridge Treehouse is nestled in the heart of Bayfield’s berry country.
The secluded retreat is situated 12’ off the ground and surrounded by pines. The trees don’t just encircle the home, though - they actually go right through it. (Notice how the deck was built around the trees?)
Bringing the beautiful surroundings indoors, the interior of the treehouse boasts lots of nods to nature, such as Lake Superior driftwood that’s been fashioned into railing.
Only adding to the rustic charm is the fact that many of the materials used to build the treehouse were actually harvested from the very property it sits upon.
Incredible craftsmanship isn’t the only thing the treetop abode has going for it, though. There are lots of other things to love about the cozy retreat, including its comfy accommodations.
A great stay year-round, it’s even equipped with a gas fireplace that fills every square inch of the treehouse with warmth during the cold winter months. Wi-fi and a smart TV with Netflix are also among the home’s perks.
