With about 1,500 residents, Bonduel is the epitome of a small town. And like many small towns in Wisconsin, it’s home to a travel-worthy destination - Timeline Saloon and BBQ.
Get your fill of ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken – all of which are smoked with applewood and charcoal in the on-site smokehouse, resulting in a flavor like no other.
The carnivorous offering also includes the eatery’s signature steaks and juicy burgers, which are charcoal-grilled in plain view, so diners can watch as their meals are prepped.
Look around and you’ll find lots of unique creations, such as the Timeline Motorcycle, which is 24-1/2 feet long, seats 10, and features a progression of unique Harley-Davidson engines from 1909 to present.
More fun awaits just outside the restaurant. Spend some time exploring the attached antique mall or head next door to view iconic automobiles and memorabilia at the Classic Car and Cycle Museum.
