Oh yeah, most of the places in Wisconsin are completely pleasant. But some are downright terrifying. We’re counting down eight terrifying Wisconsin locales.
Please note, Eagles Club is temporarily closed.
1. Maribel Caves Hotel
Many rumors surround this place, but many have felt the presence of spirits.
2. This spooky tunnel in Janesville
I don't think you could pay me any amount of money to go in here.
3. Peter Cooper Glue Factory (Milwaukee)
This place burned down over two decades ago. But visitors claim to feel evil and danger.
4. Brumder Mansion (Milwaukee)
This b&b is haunted By Mr. Brumder's sister, who lets it be known when she dislikes any changes in the decor!
5. Bodega Brew Pub (La Crosse)
Guests have reported being tapped on the shoulder when no one was there. And the sounds of clicking high heels can be heard in the basement.
6. East Immanuel Lutheran Church (Amery)
This place looks perfectly lovely. But the hushed voices of the congregation can be heard when no one is there. And sometimes the church bell will ring all by itself.
7. Eagles Club (Milwaukee)
This is a pretty sweet place to see a concert. But also terrifying. You might hear a little girl laughing. And you might see things being thrown off the roof...By disembodied hands!!
8. Summerwind Mansion (Vilas County)
This is Wisconsin's most haunted house. Spirits have been trying to kill guests and residents since the house was built. Go at your own peril!
Sweet dreams!
