Ahoy, mateys! National Talk Like a Pirate Day takes place every year on September 19th. If your timing is just right, you can spend the holiday at Pirates Hideaway. In addition to a waterside tiki bar and ice cream shop, the company offers on-the-water excursions…on a pirate ship. The best part is that you can rent the pirate ship and have it all to yourself. Take a look:
In terms of lakeside attractions, it doesn’t get much better than Pirates Hideaway in Eagle River.
You can actually rent the boat for private parties and events. A private rental gives you and your mateys the exclusive use of the pirate ship, making for an unforgettable adventure.
When renting the ship, you’re basically paying for a venue, so you’re responsible for bringing food and beverages. (And yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed.)
Second is the matter of the price. The rental rate is as follows: $20 per adult/$10 per child/$425 minimum for 2-hour events and $25 per adult/$12 per child/$525 minimum for 3-hour events.
