Bloomer is small town north of Eau Claire that folks who head up north are familiar with but might otherwise escape your notice. This small town on Lake Como is a gorgeous spot that has a lot of the appeal of places further north but is a bit easier to get to for folks in the southern part of the state. It’s also a popular spot for motorcyclists and snowmobile riders. And tucked into this out-of-the way spot you’ll find a bar and grill with one of the most outrageous menus you’ve ever seen. The Next Place is a no-nonsense spot serving up some of the best food you’ve ever tasted.

They say that a longer a restaurant's menu is, the more awful everything will taste as it's impossible for them to master all those different dishes. Well, that idea goes out the window at Next Place since the menu is many pages long, but it's all a riff on the same tasty, simple idea: a delicious hamburger.
