1. Pabst Mansion

This local Walker's Point bar and restaurant has been shakin' things up since the 80s. What was a former brothel owned by Capone himself is now a cigar bar! It's also supposedly haunted, and you can even take a haunted tour if it won't spook your guests away.
4. Landmark's Oriental Theatre
This theatre isn't only full of beautiful architecture, it's also full of history. The building was built in the 20s, and Rocky Horror Picture Show has played every second Saturday since 1978. This building is a sight to be seen, and they often show original independent films. If your guest is visiting in September, you can even catch the Milwaukee Film Festival here!
5. Milwaukee Art Museum
The art museum is one of Milwaukee's most iconic pieces of architecture. Not only is it full of incredible modern and classic art, the building itself is art. They often have various interesting events going on, and every first Thursday of the month you can get in for free!
6. 88nine Radio Milwaukee
Milwaukee's independent radio station doesn't just play awesome music over the air for us, their studio is ultra cool. Radio Milwaukee hosts live music on the regular, and they have a huge block party in the summer. You can even take a tour of their space, or if you're not feeling up to it, you can grab a latte at the Stone Creek Coffee that they share a place with.
7. Milwaukee Public Market
The Public Market is the perfect spot to stop for lunch or some shopping. On the edge of the Third Ward and downtown, with an equal blend of tourists and locals, anyone will fit in. There are several food vendors, a bakery, stands to shop at, and more! This is a must-visit for anyone!

Milwaukee is full of incredible coffee roasters, but Anodyne stands out above the rest. Their Bruce street location is hip, and they even hold concerts on the weekends.

Lakefront has slowly become one of Milwaukee's best known brewers, and it makes sense because their beers are unforgettable. Their tour is an event everyone must experience, and their Friday fish fry is a community-wide event.
11. Mad Planet
This Riverwest dance-club is a sight to be seen. It's Milwaukee's only alt-rock nightclub, and it's been around since 1990. Whether you're young or not, there's a crowd for everyone at Mad Planet and it's an experience to be had. Every Friday night is a retro dance party where they only serve up the funkiest jams from the 80s and 90s!
