When the weather outside is frightful… head to central Wisconsin’s largest indoor water park, Logger’s Landing! A great place to cure your winter blues, the park is always a cozy 84 degrees. And while the toasty temps are appreciated, they’re most definitely out shined by the virtually endless opportunities for water-related fun. Take a look:
Please note, Logger’s Landing Water Park has permanently closed.
Logger’s Landing Water Park is part of the Grand Lodge Hotel in Rothschild. (But don’t worry; you don’t have to be a guest of the hotel to use the water park.)
And while the lodge-like surroundings are likely to be the first thing that catches your attention, the indoor water park that’s encased in glass is sure to be the second.
Offering all types of water-related fun, the park features seven slides, a lazy river, and plenty of opportunities for the little ones to splash around.
Rivaling those at outdoor parks, the slides at Logger’s Landing are sure to satisfy even the biggest thrill-seekers. In fact, at four stories high and 317’ long, the park’s Timber Twisters water slides are the longest in central Wisconsin.
And don’t forget about the water park’s centerpiece, the Tree House, which is an interactive play area with two water slides, water hoses, and a 400-gallon bucket drop.
Like we mentioned earlier, you don’t have to be a hotel guest to use the water park. Instead, you can buy a day pass, which ranges in price from $15 to $25, depending on the day you visit.
*Keep in mind that "day pass guests" are subject to a $3 towel fee. However, you can simply bring your own towel to avoid paying the fee.
Day pass availability is based on the number of guests staying at the hotel, so it’s always best to call before your visit. For more information, call (715) 241-6300. You can also visit the Grand Lodge Hotel website or Facebook page.
