One of the best ways to kick off a Sunday is to enjoy a great meal and a rural Wisconsin supper club has a brunch buffet that’s worth the drive. Feil’s Supper Club is well known for its delicious traditional German cuisine, but on Sundays it turns out an American-style brunch buffet that will leave any food lover well satisfied. Here’s what’s waiting for you on the buffet at Feil’s Supper Club.
The restaurant is located in the little Village of Randolph, pop. 1,800. It’s a community that straddles the Dodge and Columbia County line and it’s easy to reach from Madison, Milwaukee, or Fond du lac.
The restaurant was continued by the next generation, where today, it delivers a delicious, down-to-earth Wisconsin supper club experience. It has all the supper club classics, like prime rib, Old Fashioned cocktails, and classic German dishes. The restaurant even produces its own bread, using a treasured recipe from the Old Country!
The Sunday brunch is delicious, all you can eat and a step above what you’ll find at most restaurants. The food is plated – diners select the options they would like to sample.
The food is wonderful and prepared from scratch – you’ll find all the classic options. Options vary week to week but include Eggs Benedict, Denver scrambled eggs, roast pork loin, baked ham, breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon, Belgian buttermilk waffles, bread pudding, and a vegetable and fruit choice. Save room for dessert – it’s always included.
On summer days you may want to linger for a while at Feils. It has a traditional Bier Garten – enjoy a cold beer and some traditional polka music! The restaurant’s bar is also a lively spot.
In addition to the brunch, Fiel’s Supper Club offers a wonderful dinner so it’s worth returning for an evening meal. See the restaurant’s menu on the restaurant’s website. If you love traditional German restaurants, here’s a Milwaukee restaurant that will remind you of a castle!
