As you’ve probably guessed from the name, it’s both a general store and a zoo. What the name doesn’t tell you is that the zoo is admission-free and home to animals from all walks of life.

Located just off the roadway in Oconomowoc, Concord General Store and Zoo is billed as a haven off the highway – and it really is!

The general store, which opened in 2001, carries an assorted product selection that includes organic foods, locally-made products, wine, and more.
