The old adage, If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, is proven daily at Bill’s Pizza Shop. A longstanding favorite, the eatery has been making its signature thin-crust pizzas and roast beef sandwiches the same way for decades. And just like when it first opened in the 1950s, diners are left full and satisfied. Take a look:
A Stevens Point staple, Bill’s Pizza Shop opened on Main Street in 1958.
And once perfected, the recipes remained unchanged, which means present-day diners are treated to the same tasty fare as diners who visited decades ago.
Glance over the menu, and you’ll find several variations of Bill’s signature pizzas. Every pizza starts off with the same thin crust, but that’s where the similarities end.
The toppings vary far and wide and include lots of hearty combinations. Can’t find a pizza that piques your palate? No problem; you can create your own.
Remember, it’s not just pizza that Bill’s is famous for. Its Italian roast beef is also a customer favorite, with many calling it the best I’ve ever had.
Stuffed with moist and tender beef, the sandwich is incredible all on its own. However, the flavor can be enhanced with additional toppings, such as cheese, green peppers, onions, and more.
Bill’s Pizza Shop is open Monday and Tuesday, from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. – 12 a.m., and Sunday, from 12 p.m. – 10 p.m. For more information, call (715) 344-9557. You can also visit the Bill’s Pizza website.
