But, that isn’t to say that we don’t have nice days. Wisconsin is wonderful during the spring and summer. Here are the ten cities in Wisconsin with the best weather. Yes, I'd much rather be on a beach in Florida than in Wisconsin during the winter, and that's why many people visit there. Precipitation days? 10 above the national average. But, do enjoy the 192 days of sunshine each year! And summers do not have the sort of humidity they do in other parts across the country.
