Before you paddle the Chippewa River, ride the Old Abe Trail, or explore Brunet Island State Park, fuel up at Dylan’s Dairy. You’ll find it right in the heart of town.
The restaurant is named after Dylan Crabb, a Cornell teen who was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2007. Dylan’s dream was to become a dairy farmer with a 33-cow herd.
He passed away in 2009 and his family continued to care for his herd, and later opened the cafe and retail store named for Dylan.
Whenever I visit Cornell I make sure I arrive hungry – I almost always start my visit with an ice cream cone. Dylan’s Dairy has some ice cream waiting for you.
