5 Unique Aerial Shots Of Wisconsin From Outer Space

See the diagonal line near the center of the picture? That’s actually the track of one of those tornadoes. More specifically, it’s the tens of thousands of leveled trees left in its wake. The severity of the destruction isn’t too surprising when you learn that one of the tornadoes that struck the area that day was classified as an F-3, which has wind speeds between 158 and 206 MPH!

Lake Winnebago is 137,700 acres, making it the largest lake that’s located entirely within Wisconsin.
