Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for more than 30 years. In business for decades, the diner has long been known to locals. And in 1996, when President Bill Clinton and then German Chancellor Helmut Kohl held an impromptu luncheon at the diner, it became known around the world.
A favorite breakfast spot, the menu features early morning classics, such as eggs Benedict, French toast, omelettes, and pancakes. There’s also corned beef hash, which is a top-seller.
