It’s true, and you can do it all from your couch thanks to this vintage video tour of Wisconsin. During the course of the 20-minute video, you’ll be transported to cities all across the state, making stops at several well-known sites and attractions. So, kick back, grab a snack, and get ready for a groovy trip back to 1960s Wisconsin.

Lucky for us, Douglas saw just how special Wisconsin is and decided to devote an entire program to highlighting the state’s best and most notable features. The video is not even 30 minutes long, but it’s jam-packed with interesting facts about the state. It’s also filled with footage of some recognizable attractions, such as the Wisconsin State Capitol and the glass domes in Mitchell Park. Cities all across the state – from Racine to Hayward - are represented in the footage, too. Filmed decades ago, the video serves as a reminder just how much the Badger State has changed throughout the years.
So, what did you think? Did this footage bring back some memories? Do you think the state has changed a lot? See any sites you forgot about? Tell us in the comments section.
