People outside of West Virginia tend to think this is pretty weird, but to many, it's not a proper WV dog without it.
2. We like freshly baked bread with every meal.

Fresh rolls, cornbread, biscuits... if it's baked and full of carbs it's probably a good side to the meal. The best bread is right out of your own oven.
3. We stock up on groceries before a big snowstorm.

It's often wise to do this before rainstorms, too. West Virginia gets much more extreme weather than some other parts of the country.
4. We keep an eye out for wild foods.

Ramps, morels, paw paws, wild game... West Virginians are a resourceful people, and there's nothing like eating straight from nature.
5. Or we grow our own food.

9. But if we do break down, we know that our West Virginia neighbors are quick to offer help.
