Coming to the state fairgrounds in Lewisburg, West Virginia on August 12th through the 21st, the 96th annual State Fair of West Virginia is back and better than ever after an unexpected year off for 2020.
Folks have already been preparing for this massive event for months - growing gardens, raising and training livestock, painting pictures, and more to fill the exhibit halls.
Especially the fair food. New food this year will include Gillette’s Pickle Pizza, Trudy’s Dairy World's Pumpkin Pecan Ice Cream, GH Concessions' Maple Bacon Funnel Cake, Apples & Cream's Chocolate Covered Apple Bites, China Palace 2's Egg Rolls, G3 Concessions' Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, Gussie’s Carne Asada Street Tacos. and Cross Creek's Chicken and Waffles with your choice of flavored syrup and dipping gravy. YUM!
And of course, there'll be fireworks in the evening, plus an impressive concert line-up with some big name musicians like Nelly, Whiskey Myers, For King and Country, Rebecca St. James, Styx, Tracy Byrd, Tracy Lawrence, Brantley Gilbert, and more.
