Whether we’re pirates or participants in the 1849 gold rush or just regular West Virginians, there just seems to be something wired into our DNA that drives us to find that elusive treasure. And if you’re up for a bit of treasure hunting sometime soon, might we suggest a trip over to Sandford & Wife Antiques in Parkersburg, West Virginia? You never know what sort of goodies you might find!
Formerly known as the Vienna Antique Mall, Sanford and Wife Antiques has a new location (3807 Murdoch Avenue, the old Catherine's building in Parkersburg) and a new name, but still the same owners who know and love their community and the same inexhaustible supply of all kinds of amazing antiques.
And just in case you're wondering, plenty of people can vouch for what an amazing antique shop this is! The shop received the local media's Readers' Choice Award in 2018.
