We love history around here, and in West Virginia, we definitely have more than our fair share of it. But certain sites stand out above the rest as especially worthy of time and attention for their place in history, and one of those is Henderson Hall.
Situated in West Virginia's Ohio Valley, Henderson Hall presides over two thousand years of history. With three ancient burial mounds on site as well as significant contributions to the Colonial, Revolutionary, and Civil War eras, Henderson Hall is a historian's paradise.
The exact address of Henderson Hall is 517 Old River Road in
Williamstown.
Self-guided tours of Henderson Hall are well worth your while, and they start at only $5 for students and $10 for adults (children 6 and under are free). The museum is open March through December from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays through Sundays.
Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more or school groups.
