It's called Hills Creek, and it's located just off the Highland Scenic Highway in Pocahontas County.

It's part of the Cranberry Glades Botanical Area located on Hill Creek Falls Rd off of WV-39/WV-55.
It gets better. Not only is this the clearest, cleanest water in the state, but this pristine creek forms a series of three stunning waterfalls as it tumbles 220 feet down the mountainside.

They're even gorgeous in the winter, although care must be taken as the trail (and the road to the parking lot) can be slippery.
The trail to the upper falls is ADA accessible, but the trail on down to the middle and lower falls require significant stair climbing.
