Open Drive-In Movie Theaters Are Starting To Pop Up All Over West Virginia
How long has it been since you’ve seen a movie on the big screen? And I’m talking about the really big screens: good, old-fashioned drive-ins. Around the state, drive-in movie theaters are opening back up for the summer season, making this weekend the perfect time to plan an outing to the outdoor theater nearest you.

Sounds fun, doesn’t it? To keep up to date on admissions prices, movie options, start times, and more, check the websites and Facebook pages for these theaters: Hilltop (website/Facebook), Sunset (website/Facebook), Meadow Bridge (website), Pipestem (Facebook).
And keep in mind that most of the theaters begin their feature film at dusk and only accept cash. Be sure to bring enough for a visit to the concession stand!
Where do you go to see a drive-in movie? What was the first movie you saw at a drive-in theater? We’d love to hear about it in the comments!
For another type of drive-in, try one of the old-fashioned drive-in diners scattered throughout the state!
