What’s not to love about a good old-fashioned diner? All-day breakfast, tasty comfort food, and a nostalgic vibe are all things we cherish at these American staples of restaurants. These family-friendly establishments offer tasty eats at an affordable price which lets everyone eat out even if you’re dining on a dime. West Virginia has quite a few beloved diners scattered throughout the state but one of our favorites is home to some of the best desserts in the state.
In 2016, the Omelet Spot in Princeton changed hands and became Dolly's Diner. The new owners were committed to continuing to serve great classic comfort food but they also brought something new to the table - scrumptious homemade desserts.
Walk into Dolly's Diner and you'll be greeted with a friendly smile and a retro vibe. Take a front-row seat at the lunch counter or...
... Slide into one of the booths to dine with family and friends.
You can order eggs, bacon, waffles, and other breakfast staples all day long. But the restaurant also has plenty of classics like burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, and traditional dinner plates.
No matter what tasty dish you order, make sure you save room for dessert. You can also just head to Dolly's for dessert only. Either way, your sweet tooth will thank you!
The cakes, pies, and puddings are made fresh daily and with lots of love. Find sweets like Dolly's Holy Cow Cake and Butterscotch Lush. The names of the desserts are enough to start your mouth watering.
While some items are available every day, many desserts make special debuts. Ask your server for a full list before making your final choice.
For decadent homemade sweets, head to Dolly's Diner where the desserts are just calling your name.
