If you’ve flown out of SeaTac or Paine Field recently, you may have noticed that the iconic, beloved Beecher’s has set up shop for travelers in need of a cheese fix. Since 2003, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese has been a staple at the historic Pike Place Market in Seattle. And while it now has a few other locations, there’s truly no better place on Earth to enjoy their signature mac & cheese than at the original location itself.
