Here's Why So Many People Are Moving To Tacoma, Washington
In case you haven’t noticed, the Tacoma housing market is having a moment. Washington’s third largest city is currently third in the entire nation when it comes to competitiveness for buyers, according to Redfin. But even if you’re not in the market for a new house or even considering a move, it’s worth noting that Washingtonians seem to be falling in love with Tacoma left and right (and we can’t blame them).

It's second in population only to Seattle and Spokane, so it's safe to say it's one of Washington's major cities. Still, it manages to maintain somewhat of a small town vibe.

But as housing prices started to skyrocket in Seattle, a lot of middle class families were priced out and started flocking here instead.

It's know for its famous Museum of Glass, and you'll find plenty of other museums worth exploring in the city as well.

For a prime example of the city's progression, just check out Point Ruston and its condos, modern shopping and dining options, and waterfront walking path.

You can see Mt. Rainier from every viewpoint in the city. But if you need an instant escape, just head to the beautiful Point Defiance Park.

There are fun events and happenings in every season, and you'll never be bored (or hungry) here.
