On the first day of the festival, children will have the chance to get in a basket of a balloon and float off the ground.
And the best part is, if you go, you'll get to spend a few days in Walla Walla, which is quickly becoming one of our top tourist cities.
Street parking is available, but it's limited, so you'll want to get there early. Bring blankets and chairs and leave your pets at home (the high pitched sounds the balloon burners make will hurt their ears).
