Yuan Spa has two locations, one in Bellevue and one in Kirkland.
Their Kirkland location, which is located at the Village at Totem Lake, is brand new. Both locations offer hydrotherapy services, although there are a few differences between the two.
Step inside the bath house at the Totem Lake location and you'll be greeted with the sight of a hot pool right next to a cold pool.
Start with a nice, long soak in the hot pool, then hop into the cold pool to oxygenate and replenish your deep tissues. It sounds like torture, but it feels amazing. We promise.

Standing in the Ice Cave isn't too intense, but if you grab a few grab handfuls of ice and rub it on your skin, you'll be ready for the hot pool again.
