If learning about our local unpleasantries is one of your hobbies, mark your calendar for October 8th and 9th. Pacific Northwest True Crime Fest is coming to Washington, and weekend passes are still available.

Naturally, this seems like the perfect time of year for such a thing.
For two full days, true crime and murder podcasters, guest speakers, and select vendors will gather at the Green River Conference and Events Center.

The Green River Conference and Events Center is a part of Green River College. And it's no coincidence that this area was made famous by the Green River Killer several decades ago.
According to recorded data, there have been around 75 known serial killers in Washington since 1900.
