The breads are made fresh daily using long fermentation practices and the best possible quality ingredients. They have some signature breads, like Chuckanut Multigrain, Farmer Bread, and Bow Hill Baguette, and they offer some seasonal specialty breads as well.
The bad news is, you'll become addicted to this bread the first time you try it. The good news is, you won't care.
