The Washington Bakery In The Middle Of Nowhere That’s One Of The Best On Earth
The Edison-Bow area in Skagit County is one of Washington’s best spots for local foodies. From the farm fresh produce, eggs and meat to the abundance of local seafood, it’s easy to find a delicious meal (or three) in these tiny towns. But even if you visit Edison and experience nothing but Breadfarm, your trip will be worth it.

Since 2003, the team has been hard at work baking treats made from locally sourced, mostly organic ingredients.

The breads are made fresh daily using long fermentation practices and the best possible quality ingredients. They have some signature breads, like Chuckanut Multigrain, Farmer Bread, and Bow Hill Baguette, and they offer some seasonal specialty breads as well.
