The Columbia River Gorge is breathtaking, and there’s never a bad time to visit. That being said, this might be a particularly good time to go. The Society Hotel recently opened a beautiful location in Bingen, and it’s magnificent. And if you’re still not ready to be around others, you can just book one of their secluded, spacious cabins.
The Society Hotel originally opened in Portland, but added a Bingen location in 2019. However, the property goes back much farther.

The hotel includes hostel-style bunk rooms and private rooms for the budget-conscious traveler, but they also offer modern cabins for families or those who simply prefer social distancing.
