The Texas-Style BBQ At Outlaw BBQ In Washington Is So Delicious, It Feels Illegal
If you’ve ever had authentic Texas BBQ, you know the taste is simply second to none. But Washington is a long way from the Lone Star State — and while we certainly have some tasty BBQ joints here, it’s tough to compare to Texas. That being said, Outlaw BBQ & Cater Market has managed to replicate the slow-smoked goodness quite well. And what’s even more impressive is the fact that it’s a Pacific Northwest native doing the cooking.

Owner and BBQ master Ray Wilson grew up in the Pacific Northwest. But he's been to Texas over a dozen times, and that's where he found inspiration to create his own mouthwatering cuisine.

Wilson then moved on to The Monterey Café in Spokane and Monterey Pub in Cheney before opening this eatery in 2017.

The BBQ sauces are all made from scratch, and the side dishes are made in-house daily as well.

And clearly, the locals love the food. Wilson goes through about 880 pounds of beef brisket weekly and around 450 pounds of pork butt.

The company is also a full service caterer, and they believe in going big. This is the Outlaw Grazing Table, and quite frankly, this is the stuff that dreams are made of.

This means that, at long last, you can annihilate the Outlaw Nachos fresh from the oven once again.
Outlaw BBQ & Catering Market opens daily at 11 a.m. for your Texas BBQ needs. Check out the delicious menu here.
