This Stunning Washington Saloon Is A Carnivore's Paradise
Spokane’s historic Liberty Building dates back to 1908, when it served as one of the Lilac City’s first department stores. And until recently, it was home to one of the most beloved restaurants in town. But as sorry as locals were to see Sante Restaurant & Charcuterie close, they’ve got a new reason to celebrate — the same owners opened Smoke & Mirrors Saloon in April in the Liberty Building, and it’s a fantastic (and beautiful) spot.

Although the restaurant is new, it has a classic, timeless vibe that just wouldn't feel the same in a new building.

Kate and Jeremy operated Sante for 10 years before deciding to close it and open something new to fit in with Spokane's exciting and ever-changing restaurant scene.

Jeremy and Kate have several other restaurants in Spokane, like Inland Pacific Kitchen and Biscuit Wizard, and each one definitely has their own unique identity.

They serve a special Burger of the Week, but you can get this delicious Saloon Burger every day.

Choose from Biscuits & Gravy, Shirred Eggs & Pancetta, Maple Sage Sausage, and more.

They're open until 2 a.m. most nights, although they close at 3 p.m. on Mondays.
Address: 404 West Main Avenue, Spokane, WA, 99201
