Everybody Knows Your Name At Slim's Bar & Grill, A Historic Neighborhood Pub In Washington
Lind is a tiny town in Adams County, located about 17 miles from Ritzville. With a population of 556, it’s safe to say it’s the kind of place where everyone knows your name. Lind even has its own Cheers, which happens to be called Slim’s Bar & Grill. Slim’s has been around for over a century, and it’s a beloved historic treasure.

Slim Nichols was its original owner, and he and his family owned it until 1975 when Floyd "Skip" Thompson purchased it.

Not much has changed here, and that's exactly how the locals like it.

The rest of the menu consists mainly of classic American bar food like burgers, sandwiches, and broasted chicken plated with crispy Jojos.

What this place lacks in frills, it makes up for in character. Plus, the food and the drinks are just plain good.

Since this is the only bar in town, it's a good thing you can come in for a beer and a burger every day.
If you ever happen to find yourself in this rural town, make sure to check out Slim’s Bar & Grill and enjoy a meal with the friendly locals. It’s rare to find a business that has been open this long, and it’s important to give them our support.
