Perhaps you’ve shopped the famous outlet mall or used it as a jumping-off point for an epic hike. But if you haven’t tried the New Mexican cuisine at Rio Bravo, we highly recommend you make another trip to North Bend as soon as possible. This hidden gem deserves the spotlight.

You'll find Rio Bravo on East North Bend Way, less than a mile up the street from the North Bend Premium Outlets that sit just off I-90.

This is a fast-casual spot, so you're welcome to grab your meal and get back on the road.

Rio Bravo's hours are Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 - 9. If you're in Snoqualmie, you can always stop by their second location, Rio Bravito, for a scaled down version of the same menu.
